Why does my item look a bit different in color than your website?

Color is an important part of the creative world.  Photographs taken by different phones and cameras and displayed on different devices may appear slightly different from one to the next. Our shop and our vendors do the best that we can to present photos and descriptions of products as close to true as we can. 

Can I request a custom item or kit?

We welcome requests and will try to accommodate our valued customers. Please reach out via email or phone.  

Items like the Stitch Kits may include one of a kind or hand dyed items that may not be available.  

Do I need a discount code for free shipping?

Free shipping is automatic for domestic orders totaling over $125

Is there sales tax on my order?

North Carolina residents will be charged state sales tax.
